Our support offering includes online helpdesk, email support and chat which is included in all M4 subscription plans.
You can submit your feature request via our helpdesk system or during a consultancy session.
If the request is a wish-list, we will consider adding it based on the value it adds to overall users, complexity and the resources available to us.
However, if the request is a must-have and it needs to be added within certain time frame, this will fall under Professional Service and a separate quote will be issued for your confirmation.
If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds unused periods.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle—month-to-month or annual. Submit a ticket in our support helpdesk to change plans.
